1. Who we are

Bandly is an independent IELTS exam preparation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to IELTS, the British Council, IDP Education, or Cambridge Assessment English. "IELTS" is a registered trademark of its respective owners, referenced here only to describe the exam our platform helps you prepare for.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. You must provide a real, working email address, since it's used to verify your account and for important account notices (like password resets).

3. Subscriptions & payments

  • Free, Standard, and Premium plans are described on our Pricing page.
  • Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime from your Profile page; you'll keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, with no further charges after that.
  • Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider — we never see or store your full card details.
  • See our Refund Policy for details on refunds and one-time purchases.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account with others or resell access to the platform.
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our mock test content or recordings.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
  • Upload or submit anything illegal, abusive, or infringing on someone else's rights.

5. Content

Mock test material on this platform is based on published IELTS practice material (including Cambridge IELTS books and similar sources), used for educational, non-commercial-in-spirit exam preparation purposes. Your own submitted answers, essays, and recordings remain yours — we only use them to provide the service to you (see our Privacy Policy).

6. No guarantee of exam results

Bandly is a practice tool. We don't guarantee any particular score on the real IELTS exam — your results depend on your own preparation, and band scores shown here are estimates based on our scoring model, not official IELTS scores.

7. Service provided "as is"

We do our best to keep the platform accurate and available, but it's provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the platform and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
